Coming to Ascension this Month....

Now and Then:  Asana and Philosophy with
Anirudh Shastri will meet on Sunday, April 24th from 1:15 to 3:30 PM.

Patanjali draws a map of what may most likely happen if and when we lose our balance and squeeze ourselves out of the imprisonment from a factor called Time. At each stage of our life, our perception of time varies. In the  Vibhuti Pad  of Patanjali, we are given a key to the door of this prison of Time termed as "Samaya." Our awareness of time leads us to  Samyama the present moment , which is the real juice of living a happy life.
