Tiffin moving forward with solar panels on city hall

Tiffin is moving forward with installing solar panels on city hall.
On Tuesday night, the city council approved a contract with the company Moxie Solar of North Liberty for the project.
The contract is worth more than $17,800.
Other eastern Iowa cities, including North Liberty and Lisbon, are also looking to put panels on city buildings.
