-All past and present clients of OneAccord Physical Therapy, at any of the 4 valley-wide locations, who are experiencing a new problem or re-occurence of an old problem.
-Loved ones, friends and family of past or present OAPT clients.
This will be a 1/2 hour, one-on-one consultation with your physical therapist to help determine the source of your problem and give you a solution to fix it.
The consultation is free but limited to slots available on that day, Friday, June 10th, 2016.
