We Will Call You to Schedule Services

We will call you within 24 hours or LESS of receiving your intake form to introduce ourselves, review your profile, answer any questions you have. We will also help build your first service schedule…one that meets your unique needs…. if you wish to proceed. We offer several different types of services to our clients. You may log in at any time to request visits, see visit notes, and pay invoices.

Meet Us at a “Get Acquainted” Visit

Your Get Acquainted visit is SO important that we can’t provide services for you without meeting you first! We will review the profile that we asked you to fill out and make sure we have all the info we need, and then you will meet with your sitter in-YOUR-home and see them interact with your pets to make sure that we are a good fit for you and your companion animals.

Now you’re ready to enjoy your trip!

For your peace of mind, our sitters can send you a text each day with a picture of your fur-kids. Additionally, every time we enter your home to complete a service, you will be notified via email.
