Employment: Full Time

CFO - Hotel - Makkah

The client, a large local group with interests in real estate development and hospitality, is looking for a CFO to work in an established Hotel in Mecca reporting to the group CFO and work closely with the board and management in decision making.

Role
- Strong in devising accounting and audit programs.
- Have business mind to assess where likelihood of weakness/errors and defalcations in any company and suggest strategies.
- Should be a team leader and should guide the entire team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Budgets, Budgetary Control, Cash Flow Management, MIS, Operational Procedures and establishing policies, devising adequate computerized systems to suit the business requirements of the Organization.
- Responsible for automation of the work and process flow of the organization devising and implementing cost saving and control measures.

Requirements

- Incumbent should be a high caliber CA/ACA/CPA.
- Experience of at least 15-20 years in a reputed organization in the Middle East. preferably in the hospitality sector(or international experience).
- Should possess special skills in project management, negotiations of contracts, procurement of materials, machines and equipment in addition to the experience of core hotel business.
- Should also have experience in starting up or opening new hotels; or experience in turn around a hotel to successful business venture.
- Within the age Group of 45-55 having keen and strong analytical mind and proven managerial skills to manage and coach team of accountants.
- Fluent in English and knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
- Graduated from top universities.
