All bids must be in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked on the exterior in noticeable type and font as “BID PROPOSAL – PUBLIC WORKS F-350 TRUCK.” Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at approximately 10:05 a.m. central time in the Public Works Conference Room on the second floor of Parkville of City Hall, 8880 Clark Avenue, Parkville, MO 64152.
