With some food trucks you know exactly what you're getting before you walk up. But what kind of food are you getting when you belly up to Bread & Circuses? Owner Syd Suntha calls it "gastropub". The menu evolves constantly as Syd and his merry band of chefs are continually trying new stuff and expanding into more enterprises - like their Candy Butcher Hot Dog stand that features artisan sausages. One thing you'll always find on the menu is the Circus Burger - an out of this world gourmet burger with bacon and provel cheese topped with pickled red onions and their famous bone marrow bun. If you're feeling a little more adventurous try the Spinach Paneer Quesadilla - a curried mashup of Mexican and Indian goodness. And you can't go wrong finishing up with the Jive Espresso Stout Brownie for dessert.
