WEST MICHIGAN – It's time to vote for the best pie in the Muskegon area!
Vote often and vote soon to get your favorite Muskegon-area pie shop on the list and in the running for the Michigan's Best Pie contest.

As in past "Michigan's Best" projects, statewide entertainment reporter John "Gonzo" Gonzalez will travel across the state, using an itinerary determined by readers' picks in each market.
The pie places listed in the poll are some of the best places in area to grab a tasty piece of pie, according to readers' nominations.
Now, it's time to decide which of these spots deserve to be called the "best" in the Muskegon area. Readers can vote for up to three locations once an hour, every hour, per device until 5 p.m. on Nov. 5.

The poll winner will be named "People's Choice." It will also be included in Gonzo's statewide pie-tasting itinerary.
However, we're doing things a little differently this time around. Gonzo will visit a few other spots, as he usually does, but the poll will just be one factor in the decision process. We'll also take readers' comments into consideration, so don't just vote – make the case for your favorite pie makers in the comments below!
