After releasing The Trials and becoming a huge internet sensation for a lot of us, Rhiannon, - who is better known as Antoinette to her fans - has finally released her sophomore album, A Hospital For Souls, which happens to be just as brilliant as the first, and with their beautiful lyrics and soothing music, both albums have managed to convey the very essence of what it is to have mental illness. While The Trials talks about broken hearts and broken minds in general, A Hospital For Souls relates a story of a girl who passes over into a hospital, with no knowledge whatsoever of her death.

The music has a somewhat indie sound, a sound I believe deserves more merit than most musicians out there, as it has been recorded and distributed straight from Rhiannon’s house. The lyrics manage to convey an incredibly complex and touching story in just fourteen songs, and the music manages to help relax your mind, which it’s soft guitar chords and even softer drumbeats, and that’s all tied together with Rhiannon’s voice singing about the things closest to her heart.

It’s a story worth listening to, even if the music isn’t to your taste, because it’s a story that almost everyone could relate to. You can listen to and download A Hospital For Souls here.
