North Carolina State head coach Dave Doeren passed on Tennessee’s offer this morning and decided to stay with State.
At this point, Tennessee is in complete disarray and it’s not clear who will actually accept the job:

According to reports, the Volunteers are now going after Kevin Sumlin, who was just fired at Texas A&M.
