UUCC has enjoyed a number of visitors recently:

Beth Terry and UUCC’s Social Justice Committee have been hosting 10 Actions in 100 Days. The first action, writing post cards to various representatives, happened on Saturday morning Feb 4. The crowd wasn’t large but we met a few new people and wrote and mailed 100+ cards.
Action 2: Huddle was held on Thursday evening, Feb 9. The event was attended by 32 people!
Action 3: Hear Our Voices is scheduled Thursday evening, Feb 16 at 7 pm. Learn how to hold your elected officials accountable, and make some new friends!
On 8 Feb 2017 Adult RE sponsored “Introduction to Democratic Socialism” class saw 75 non-UU adults and 5 kids introduced to the UU Community Space. That was a Wednesday, so the wensday nite dinner expanded to feed 30 adults and kids (usual group is 12 – 15).
Another “Introduction to Democratic Socialism” class will be held at UUCC on March 8 at 7 pm. Come in for dinner and stay for the class!
