*This is a re-recording, due to technical difficulties.* Many of us complain about drama. We're usually referring to others' drama, not our own. How do we become involved in the drama, when the last place we want to be is in the thick of it? Well, many of us observed drama growing up and as much as we say we "don't like it or want it' we often help to create it.

As human beings we all have our own sense of reality based on our beliefs...our filters out into the world. And it means we see things from our version of circumstances, which doesn't always translate to what someone else sees or experiences. Friction can occur, a difference in styles of communication, but most importantly...drama is created by a stance.

If I don't feel heard, or need attention or view people from a perspective that they don't get me...I inadvertently am communicating with them in a way to provoke. (or sometimes purposely doing it) How do we stop drama? Transparent communication from a space of truth inside. At least from our view, if we are stating something, which is not an indictment of another person, but a truth about ourselves...then we can release the 'resistant stance' against another. Make sense? Join me to find out more.
