This Saturday in Melbourne

 

I'm opening for my good mate SETH LAKEMAN (UK) this Saturday night at The Thornbury Theatre. Seth's one of my best mates and a truly incredible musician. He's been credited as turning a whole new generation of music listeners onto folk music. He broke down barriers, getting his folk songs played on mainstream radio in the UK, which led to artists like Mumford and Sons getting a chance.

 

Seth is in the country to play Bluesfest and doing promo for his new album WORD OF MOUTH. I told him he cannot visit this country without at the very least a Melbourne show so we put something together. Will be a great night, if you haven't seen him yet, you really need to! Hope to see you there.

1st Mebourne show sells out, 3rd added

 

Tickets for the THINGS OF STONE AND WOOD Tour are going crazy! The Saturday night Melbourne show at The Northcote Social Club sold out over a week ago and the venue had to add a 3rd date due to popular demand. We also added a date in the south of Melbourne at The Flying Saucer Club, Elsternwick on Friday 6 June. So looking forward to being on the road with these guys and playing in Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne.
