REASONS TO BE THANKFUL
DON'T JUST SAY THANK YOU, SHOW IT
He says, Now, today, if you will just call on me, thanking me in your heart, because I AM and WILL BE more than everything you need, you will experience My Peace and it will overtake you!
I pray that your Thanksgiving will be one filled with thanksgiving to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. I pray that you will recognize and receive with gratitude the Lord's blessing for you, and the Lord's daily bread in every area of your life. I pray that if you are traveling, God will send angels to protect you as you travel and send angels to protect your home while you are away.
Father, we love you with our hearts. Help us to show we love You with our lives every day, and in every way. In Jesus name, we say thank you. .

Here is a beautiful example of how one woman said thank you, and demonstrated her thankfulness to Jesus. Read Luke 7:36-50
SHE WEPT
She stood at his feet, weeping because of her sins. He that goeth forth and weepeth" will reap. (Ps. 126:6) "Jesus wept" over Jerusalem (Luke 19:41). Paul wept as he preached (Acts 20:19.31). This woman wept. Have you wept over your sins, and then said thank you Jesus for saving your soul?
SHE HUMBLED HERSELF
She stood behind Him at His feet weeping. She humbled herself at his feet, she began to wet his feet with her tears, and then she wiped them with her hair, kissed them and poured perfume on them. She was thankful just to touch his feet. Oh, what love!
And look how the Lord showed His gratitude for what she did for Him: Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven—as her great love has shown. But whoever has been forgiven little loves little. Then Jesus said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.â€

Let’s look at another example of being grateful. Read Luke 17:11-19
As he entered a village there, ten lepers stood at a distance, crying out, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!†He looked at them and said, “Go show yourselves to the priests.†One of them, when he saw that he was healed, came back to Jesus, shouting, “Praise God!†He fell to the ground at Jesus’ feet, thanking him for what he had done. This man was a Samaritan. Jesus asked, “Didn’t I heal ten men? Where are the other nine? Has no one returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?†And Jesus said to the man, “Stand up and go. Your faith has healed you.â€
There are times we are going through trials and tribulations, that we tend to forget all that the Lord has for us, and focus on what our problems. Whatever you are going through, never forget to say thank you to The Man who brought you this far, because He is the same Man that will deliver you again.
