Police are investigating a single vehicle traffic crash at Maudsland today in which a man died.
Initial investigations indicate the crash occurred on Maudsland Road around 12.20pm with the vehicle leaving the roadway and crashing into a tree.
The driver and sole occupant, believed to be a 40-year-old Maudsland man, died at the scene.
The Forensic Crash unit are investigating.
