Wigan v Leeds team news: William Kvist fit after hamstring injury

Wigan midfielder William Kvist has recovered from a hamstring injury ahead of Saturday's Sky Bet Championship clash with Leeds at the DW Stadium.

The Denmark international has been out since picking up the problem in the first half of last month's loss to Cardiff but is back in Latics' squad now.

That could mean boss Malky Mackay reverts captain James Perch back to full-back to accommodate Kvist in central midfield, although Emmerson Boyce has excelled in the right-back position.

Jason Pearce is due to face his former employers, but Grant Holt (knee) and Emyr Huws (ankle) are out for the season.

Leeds head coach Neil Redfearn has no new injury or suspension worries, but midfielder Rudy Austin remains sidelined.

Austin is still struggling with the thigh injury that he sustained during last Saturday's defeat to Watford and then kept him out of the midweek win against Ipswich.

Redfearn could name an unchanged starting line-up but must decide whether to keep defender Charlie Taylor in a more advanced role on the left, while Billy Sharp is expected to retain his place up front with Steve Morison on the bench again.

Leeds have won three of their last four games on the road.
