Steve joined CAPTRUST in 2009 after a 20-year career with a major wire house firm. Steve provides investment advisory services to fiduciaries of corporate retirement plans and is recognized as an industry expert.
 
Steve currently serves as Vice Chair of The Summa Foundation Board and sits on The System Investment Committee. He serves as a Board Member on St. Sebastian's Foundation, The University of Akron College of Business Alumni Board, Goodwill Industries in Akron Investment Committee, as well as an active member and investor of The Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce. Steve is a graduate of The University of Akron, where he attained his BSBA in International Marketing.  He earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
 
Steve and his wife Holly live in West Akron with their children Charlotte and Charlie.

RENEW  is a non-profit organization that was originally founded in Akron, Ohio by local real estate professionals in 2004.  Today, RENEW has broadened to focus on encouraging all Akron area professionals.  Our mission is to become a community of Akron area professionals that unite, network, and encourage each other to reflect the love of Jesus in the marketplace and our city.

Each month local professionals meet to network together, enjoy a delicious Tangiers lunch, and gain helpful insights from a local guest speaker.  RENEW meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at Tangiers in Akron.  We hope you will attend to find out why many area professionals are making this a "can't miss" lunch meeting.
