Lakewood, N.J.- The Georgian Court University Track & Field program has announced that it will be hosting two throws meets later this month at the school's beautiful Lakewood campus. The meets, which are open to the public, will be held on Thursday, July 17 and Thursday, July 24 at 5:00 p.m.

All participants are asked to check in at 4:30 p.m. near the javelin runaway in the GCU Track & Field complex. The order of events is as follows: Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, and Hammer. Please note that hammer will be offered ONLY to those with experience in the event. All participants must provide their own implements and will each receive four attempts (no finals).
