This class concentrates on the last three months of pregnancy. Key elements of this class include: ways to reduce anxiety, pain management options, stages of labor, pushing, delivery methods and postpartum care. We will assist you in understanding the process of labor and delivery and answer questions about the birth of your child. Classes are taught by Certified Childbirth Educators.

Are you a little nervous about caring for your newborn's basic needs? This class will give you insight into what to expect when you see your precious newborn for the first time. Maintaining a healthy weight after the completion of cancer treatment can be challenging, but with the proper tools and support you can achieve your weight loss goals. Wealth (Walking, Eating, And Learning Towards Health - Walking Program)

If you are a cancer survivor looking for a fun way to engage in regular physical activity, we encourage you and your caregiver to join WEALTH! WEALTH participants meet twice weekly for a 30-minute walking session. Each walking session will conclude with a brief nutrition education class. Led by a Mayo Clinic-trained facilitator, WomenHeart is a support group for women to express their feelings with a peer group that understands the emotional toll of a heart disease diagnosis.
