This class concentrates on the last three months of pregnancy. Key elements of this class include: ways to reduce anxiety, pain management options, stages of labor, pushing, delivery methods and postpartum care. We will assist you in understanding the process of labor and delivery and answer questions about the birth of your child. Classes are taught by Certified Childbirth Educators.

Are you a little nervous about caring for your newborn's basic needs? This class will give you insight into what to expect when you see your precious newborn for the first time.
