Greetings all!

The time has come to once again, celebrate the anniversary of the birth of the woman who inspired me to become a chef, Julia Child. As far back as I can remember, I watched with great enthusiasm as Julia would flambe crepes, disassemble chickens and drop omelets, pick them up off the counter and present them with a huge smile of pride and accomplishment! I loved that then and I still love it today. (Although if I drop it today I eat it myself!!!)

Julia's birthday was (and is) August 15th. She was born in 1912. To celebrate the occasion, I am running a menu including some of her favorites. The menu will be available on 3 specific days. This Saturday, August 9 and Sunday, August 10th, as well as next Friday, August 15th on Julia's actual birthday. It will feature 4 courses, plus warm cheese puffs to begin and chocolate truffles to see you off. I am also including a lovely wine to compliment your entree selection. Menu details below.

$55.00 per guest is the price I've chosen as a nod of respect and gratitude for the inspiration I found with one of my favorite cooks and personalities of all time!

The Complete Affair

The Complete Affair by Restaurant Michael can cater to a variety of events. From rehearsal dinners and other family celebrations to business functions, our staff is ready to assist you in making your function a success
 
In addition to off-site events, we also have our on-site private dining room that accommodates up to 40 seated guests. Or you may book the main dining room which can seat up to 80. The entire restaurant is also available for booking for those larger events.
