Arrow Casts Felicity's Mom!

Ready to meet Mother Smoak, Arrow Fanatics?
According to TV Guide, Charlotte Ross (NYPD Blue, Glee, Nashville, Hit the Floor) has been cast on Arrow Season 3 as the mother of Emily Bett Rickards's beloved Felicity.
Ross will appear on at least one November episode, one episode in early November, though no other details are available at this time.
The third season premiere of this CW smash will feature Felicity going on a date with Oliver (as teased in the trailer below), while the series is also planning a number of Felicity-centric flashbacks.
"We are absolutely going to get to know her," teases executive producer Marc Guggenheim. "We know that she went to MIT, we know that her mom was a cocktail waitress in Vegas and we're going to meet that mom. And we also know that her dad is not in the picture."
Arrow returns for Season 3 on Wednesday, October 8 at 8/7c on The CW.
