The city has spent a hefty $22.9 million in overtime for cops during the ongoing protests over police brutality, NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton revealed Monday.

“These events have been costly,” Bratton said. “They have been a significant drain on the manpower of the city.”

Tens of thousands of protesters have repeatedly flooded the streets since the Dec. 3 decision by a grand jury not to indict cops involved in the chokehold death of Eric Garner on Staten Island. There have been 331 arrests, six for assaulting a cop, police said Monday.

Bratton (right) called on the public’s help to find six agitators who assaulted a pair of cops Saturday.

Lts. Philip Chan and Patrick Sullivan tried to subdue protester Eric Linsker, 29, as he attempted to throw a 50-pound garbage can from the pedestrian walkway into the roadway of the Brooklyn Bridge.

The pair of cops, from the NYPD’s legal bureau, were set upon by three men and three women. Bratton released images yanked from YouTube videos of the six suspects Monday.

“Thankfully, there are so many characters out there looking to post their exploits on YouTube,” Bratton said.

Enhanced images — and a reward for arrests — were coming Tuesday, Bratton said.

The images, taken over a chaotic two-minute period, show a man with a mustache pulling Chan off Linsker and elbowing the cop. A woman with a red scarf is seen grabbing Chan, a woman with a multicolored scarf is seen grabbing Sullivan and another woman is seen trying to grab both cops.

A man is seen kicking Sullivan while he’s on the ground and another man is seen punching Chan twice.

Chan’s nose was broken, police said, and both cops suffered bruising to the body, neck and head.
