This is a great opportunity to hear from The Pensions Regulator directly and to get help and guidance on how to service your clients pre and post staging.

Please, please do not leave AE until the last minute, or think “it doesn’t affect my clients”. Anyone with a PAYE reference MUST comply and there are severe fines for non-compliance.

Clients are putting their accountant’s name down as their Responsible Individual for AE, but they are not telling their accountant they have done so!  None of us have the luxury of running the risk of losing our clients’ trust in us, nor risking claims on our PII.

The day is fast approaching when the sheer volume of clients needing our help to stage will engulf our practice, so we need to be prepared – we can’t afford to wait until the last minute with this one!
