Break and enter, Carseldine

Police are investigating the break and enter of a Carseldine residence which occurred yesterday afternoon.

Around 4.20pm, three people forced entry into a Yalumba Street residence while the home was unoccupied.

A quantity of money and jewellery were stolen as well as the keys to a resident’s car.

The residents returned home while attempts were being made by one man to start the vehicle in the garage.

Two men then exited the home and one man exited the vehicle, punching the resident in the face several times before leaving on foot.

The first man is described as tanned, of a muscular build in his early 20’s, wearing dark clothing.

The second man is described as Caucasian, of a proportionate build with fair skin, aged in his late teens and wearing a light green coloured shirt.

The third man is described as in his late teens, of a proportionate build and wearing a striped shirt.

Investigations are continuing.
