Let's get moving before conference! Walking, climbing, stretching and site seeing led by DYNAMAXX Workout Warrior Loretta King.
Enjoy Riverfront Park and all of the natural beauty it has to offer. The breath-taking Spokane Falls is a must see and if you want a good stair workout, there are plenty of stairs. Get your 10,000 steps in before 10:00 am!
The bus will leave the hotel Friday morning at 7:00 am sharp! Wear you walking/running shoes and workout clothes. Loretta will lead us throughout the park and we will return to the hotel with plenty of time to shower and get ready for lunch, shopping at the DYNAMAXX store and conference. (weather permitting)
