Global Care BASIC - $500,000 Medical Plan with $100 Annual Deductible and 80/20 Co-insurance, including Pre-Existing Condition coverage after 6 months and Maternity.
Patriot Exchange - Choose from $100,000, $250,000 or $500,000 Medical Maximum with NO Co-insurance! Available to Individuals and 10% Discount for Groups.
