Stolen car, Brisbane

Four juveniles have been charged after allegedly ramming a stolen car into a police car at Windsor and later crashing it at Hamilton yesterday afternoon.

It will alleged around 4:40pm police attempted to intercept the car on Somerset Street, Windsor when it rammed a police vehicle before driving away.

Police were preparing to deploy a tyre deflation device on Kingsford Smith Drive at Hamilton when the car crashed after attempting to force its way between stationary cars at traffic lights.

A 15-year-old Deception Bay boy has been charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, break and enter and obstruct police.

A 14-year-old girl from the Grange has been charged with two counts of burglary and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

Two boys aged 12 and 13 from Deception Bay have been charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

All four juveniles will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
