ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It’s the longest running science fiction and fantasy convention, nearly a half century.
With over 50 authors, writers, and scientists, Bubonicon will have something for everyone.
This years theme is “Rockets, Robots and Ray-guns,” a throwback to the Pulp era of Science Fiction. Guests are encouraged to dress up while participating in fun activities such as a costume contest, readings and artist demos, children’s make and take activities and a Droid Hunt.
Bubonicon will run Friday, August 26 through Sunday, August 28 at the Albuquerque Marriott.
