Our wheel of wheel of 2 year old Parmigiano Reggiano is almost gone! This week we will have the BellaVitano with Balsamic, Rosemary goat cheese and Manchego along with a 2 year old Italian Provolone great on any cheese board! Tapas this week at Yellow Green Farmers Market only are Fresh peaches with a spicy pepper peach jelly on baked brie or on crostini, pepper poppers, brie with caramelized onion and bacon, and pineapple and cheddar casserole.
Parmigiano Reggiano - perfectly aged for 2 years $20 a pound or $7 a 1/4 pound.
