Rowing Teams Announce 2014-15 Schedule

The St. John Fisher College rowing teams, now in their third season of competition, have announced their 2014-15 schedules.  The men's and women's teams will take part in three regattas in the fall season and seven during the spring.

As in 2013-14, the Cardinals will open up the year at the Hobart and William Smith Challenge on the Canal on September 27.  Just a week later Fisher will race in the Head of the Genesee Regatta in Rochester.

The third and final race of the season will see the men's and women's teams travel to Philadelphia, PA for the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta on October 25.

After a five month hiatus the Cardinals will open up their spring season on March 28 hosting the University of Rochester and St. Lawrence University on the Genesee River.  Following a week off, Fisher will travel to Ithaca College on April 11th.

The Cardinals won't have to travel far on April 19th as RIT will host a regatta on the Genesee River.

Two weeks later, Fisher will have its final tune-up before the Liberty League Championship versus Union College and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Schenectady, NY on April 25.  The Cardinals will have a quick turnaround as the Liberty League Championships be held the next day in Saratoga Springs.

After the Liberty League Championship the crew teams will head to Whitney Point, NY for the NYS Collegiate Championship Regatta.

The Cardinals will conclude their 2014-15 season in Philadelphia, PA at the 2015 Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta on May 8th and 9th.
