Checkers is a 2 year old guinea pig that my husband and I adopted in May 2016.
We took her to the vet this morning because she has been unusually lethargic and hasn't been eating. The vet said that she may have a tumor, or a Urinary Track Infection. Either way, we scheduled a sonogram for this Thursday, December 1st, to get more information!
Checkers is a lively piggy, and we wish to do everything in our power to get her the treatment she deserves.
The check up today and sonogram on Thursday, totals $530.00. If surgery is in her future, the cost may be beyond our means.
Any funds donated to Checkers will be used towards her medical bills. If there are any extra funds, I will gladly pay it forward to any other critter, cat, or dog that need immediate assistnace.
