It's Halloween season. It's also strange how we have just experienced 2 eclipses: a lunar on the 8th and now a Scorpio Solar Eclipse this past Thursday, the 22nd.
Emily Trinkaus, one of my favorite bloggers on what's going on in the stars says:
"Thursday’s Scorpio Solar Eclipse, is an extra-powerful New Moon that asks us to deeply commit to what we love, value and desire, and release what no longer holds energy."
She also quotes Daniel Giamario from his book, Shamanic Astrology Handbook:
“Scorpio gets its power back, or gains power, by going up to and beyond whatever their personal edge is."
Emily continues:
"The effects of an Eclipse develop over the next six months. In the bigger picture, a Solar Eclipse sets into motion a new 19-year cycle."

In my current coaching and energy healing practice, I am finding a common thread running through the experiences of my clients. It seems the deepest and darkest of fears that we have lived with for lifetimes are now coming up to the Light for release. This is so in alignment with what is going on astrologically right now.

Rita Massey is an old friend of mine, and in fact was my massage therapist for over 10 years when I lived in San Diego in the 90's. I recently learned she now lives on Maui, and we've been able to reconnect and re-fuel our old friendship.
