National Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Month

There are approximately 200,000 people living with spinal cord injuries (SCI) in the United States. Every 48 seconds in our country, a person becomes paralyzed...

To celebrate SCI Awareness Month, we have chosen CORE client, Melissa Walsh, to feature for our Client Success Story. Melissa joined CORE 5 years ago and has continued to stay committed to her program, surpassing initial goals and creating new ones along the way. She is an inspiration to not only us, but to thousands of people who follow her journey via social media and speaking engagements! We are all so proud of her progress and to be a part of her recovery. To this day, Melissa continues to MOVE BEYOND PARALYSIS. Let's hear Melissa's story...

FALL CHALLENGE!

We have officially kicked off our FALL FOOTBALL CHALLENGE for those who dare to participate.

Pick a team, hope they win, or pay the price!
University of Florida vs. Florida State University
Begin by following the schedule of the teams, depending on what week it is, if your team loses you must complete the chosen football drill with the given repetitions. When we get to week 13, you better be rooting for your team or you will be completing the WALK OF SHAME!

Fan Friday is back! What better way to start your weekend than to represent your favorite team on Friday's?! Choose any attire you would like to show your team spirit! #Pride

Tighten the Drag Fishing Tournament!

Join us on Saturday, September 30th, 2017 for a day of fun and fishing! Tighten the Drag Foundation is putting on an awesome event called the Fall Inshore Slam, a charity fishing tournament! CORE will be sponsoring an adaptive fishing boat.
