Yuma farmers produce so many wonderful fresh leafy greens, they’re helping supply about 130 million servings to the U.S. and Canada every single day. Our favorite salads come from Yuma farms. Serve it with some Arizona beef.

66 Percent of Beef Cuts Sold at Retail are Lean

Today, 66 percent of beef cuts sold at retail are lean (when trimmed and cooked). Lean beef cuts have less than 10 grams of total fat. Beef consumption contributes protein, iron, and B vitamins. Our Arizona beef is some of the tastiest around.
