Detectives investigating the 2001 murder of Darren Britza on the Gold Coast have today charged a third person with murder.
Mr Britza’s skeletal remains were located under a bridge at Biddadaba Road, Boyland in 2008 after record rainfall unearthed the grave site.
In 2009 police charged a man and a woman with murder.
Further investigations have led police to a 34-year-old Bundaberg man who was today charged with murder. He is expected to appear at the Bundaberg Magistrates Court today.
