Break and enter, Woody Point

Moreton District detectives are investigating the break and enter of a residence at Woody Point overnight.

Around 10.30pm, two men forced entry into a residence on Gayundah Esplanade. The men demanded property from a male resident then left the scene with jewelry and a safe.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

One of the men is described as being 175cm tall and was last seen wearing a black hooded-jumper. The other man was shorter, with a slight build and wearing a white hooded-jumper and blue jeans. Both the men were wearing what appeared to be black curly wigs.

Police urge anyone who may have any information which could assist in their investigations, to contact Crime Stoppers or Policelink.

Investigations are continuing.
