What is P5M actually?
PADI started this service some years ago as a follow up service for the participants on the PADI Business Academy. It’s unique in the dive industry and no other training agency offers this service. Marketing Executive Sheridan Hatcher is the main driver on this service.

How can my dive center get this service and how does it work?
It’s a service PADI offers to 5 star dive shops. The first step is for the shop to either attend the PADI Business Academy or to contact your Regional Manager directly and express interest.
At the moment Sheridan Hatcher is visiting the Philippines twice a year and she will accompany the Regional Manager to your shop for a P5M session, which lasts around three hours.
There is some follow up work entitled for both PADI and for the dive shop, to ensure the P5M session is successful. On average the dive shops that have participated in these P5M sessions, have increased their certification 13+%. So there is a reward to get.
Very recently all the 5 star shops in Malapascua and Moalboal enjoyed this service and the next P5M visit will be right after the PADI Business Academy in May 2015 in Cebu City.
