Notes from Andrea

Another special mid-week newsletter to make sure you don't miss out on some opportunities that will not come around again (or not for a very long time)  We work very hard to get guest teachers here to offer you unique opportunities to learn from national (and international) artist instructors.

When we don't have enough sign ups we (heartbreakingly) have to cancel classes.  Please don't wait till the last minute to sign up!  There is always a chance that your registration is the make-or-break one.

Our next visiting instructor is Robin Dudley-Howes

Robin is an eclectic free spirit living in S. California with her supportive husband and beautiful daughter. She creates soldered mixed media jewelry, lamps, mixed media art, cards, books, rubber stamped art, tassels....the list goes on. To see more of her work check out robindudleyhowes.blogspot.com

We welcome Robin Friday, October 28 through Sunday, October 30

Wild Joy Blooms! with Carrie Schmitt
11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Wild Joy Blooms!

Find your wild joy as we paint gorgeous expressive flowers and enjoy the special bond of women creating together. We will enjoy painting, music, movement, reflection, and sisterhood together that will refresh our creativity and rejuvenate our souls.

About Carrie
Carrie is a full time artist and author who lives just outside Seattle on a mossy mountain. She began painting in 2009 as a therapeutic practice when she developed a life threatening allergy to heat. Unable to spend time outdoors in her beloved garden, she began painting flowers instead of planting them. Today, her art is licensed with several companies for home décor and stationery, including Hallmark, teNeues Publishing, Dianoche Designs and Woodmansterne. She shares her passion for painting and living an artistic life in her book, Painted Blossoms: Creating Expressive Flower Art with Mixed Media (North Lights, 2015) and in her three instructional DVDS with FW Media. Carrie teaches workshops throughout the country and an online course as well.
