Through various drills and skill competitions, the Chestnut Hill College women's lacrosse team took a day to teach the youth of Trenton Bridge Lacrosse more about the game they love. "I think Trenton Bridge (Lacrosse) is a wonderful opportunity for under privileged kids to play lacrosse." said freshman midfielder Samantha Herron (Cinnaminson, N.J.). "I loved volunteering at the Trenton play day. The players were all attentive, excited, and absolutely adorable. They really wanted to learn. All of the girls are sweet and will only improve on their journey with lacrosse." Fellow Griffin, sophomore midfielder Emorie Keimig (Freeland, Md.) shared Herron's experience, relaying "I had a blast! I loved being able to give back to the community and being able to share the sport with our youth players."
