Discussion about ways to keep alive the memories of loved ones with special guest Jen Chapin, daughter of famed American singer-songwriter and L.I. Cares founder Harry Chapin. She is among those whose stories are featured in this new book.

Following the presentation, the authors will take questions and ask attendees to share ways they have kept alive the values and memories of their loved ones.
