Chef Michael Cappon has returned to Isabella, where he will broaden the scope of Isabella’s Spanish inspired menu and develop new dishes that explore more Mediterranean flavors. Cappon left Isabella six months ago to work for a specialty food distributor.

“It is an honor to come back to Isabella,” explains chef Michael Cappon. “I have learned a tremendous amount about new ingredients, both domestic and abroad, which has renewed my passion and love for food and cooking.” “I plan to bring these new influences into the menu, with a broader scope of ingredients, while still respecting the soul of what is Isabella.”

Cappon returned to the kitchen at Isabella last Thursday. His plan is to develop new dishes that will be offered as specials in July and August, then introduce a new menu in September.
