Men's Golf ranked 15th in Golfweek Top 25 Poll

Belton, Texas – The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's golf team is ranked 15th
in the country in the latest Bushnell Golfweek NCAA Division III Coaches' Top 25 Poll. The UMHB men totaled 130 points this week and climbed one spot from the previous rankings. Methodist University is ranked #1 with 13 first-place votes and 349 total points. The state of Texas is also well-represented in the poll. In addition to UMHB's ranking, Concordia Texas is ranked 6th. U.T.-Tyler is 9th and Southwestern University ranks 17th. Trinity University is also receiving votes in the latest poll.

 
The UMHB men finished third at the American Southwest Conference Championship Tournament in the final tournament of the spring season. The Cru joins #13 California Lutheran as the only two programs ranked in the Top 15 of this poll to not be selected to the NCAA Division III National Championship. Cru junior Mats Heien was selected to compete as an individual and will play in the event May 10-13 in Rochester, New York.
