Make this year's Fox River Clean-up part of your Earth Day celebration

The Sierra Club Valley of the Fox Water Sentinels invites the community to join in the Fox River Area Earth Day Cleanups on Saturdays, April 26 and May 3; and Sunday, April 27.

Observe this Earth Day by helping in a cleanup. There are several to choose from. Join Sierra Club and other local groups as they clear the Fox River recreational areas of the long winter's debris.

Gloves, snacks, water, and garbage bags will be supplied. Bring a refillable water bottle (no disposable bottles!). Sturdy shoes, a hat and sunscreen are recommended. All participants must sign a waiver, and volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Preregistration is greatly appreciated but not required.
