Yesterday, I joined Goal Diggers and the Ready for Success event team at Suited for Change, a non-profit that prepares women who have endured abuse, homelessness and other life transitions for the workplace.
Suited for Change is the beneficiary of a red carpet charity event Goal Diggers is planning on September 28 at STK. My new branding firm Brown & Duncan Brand has had the honor of helping Goal Diggers strategize and brand the event. As a survivor of domestic violence, this event is very dear to my heart. Today, many of the sponsors and host committee members for Ready for Success are having a Periscope Party to kickoff the event, and share our top success tips. Ready for Success will be from 7 to 9 pm on September 28 at STK Steakhouse in Washington, DC. The event is hosted by three-time Grammy Nominee Raheem DeVaughn and Fox 5 News Anchor Holly Morris.
