Colombia’s Radamel Falcao player admits discussing draw with Peru's Renato Tapia player who admits the discussion at World Cup qualifier interview after match affecting the "course" of the match dramatically after both teams closed the draw deal by "interfering" with the normal progress . This goes against FIFA match-fixing rule 6.3.2 which states "Anyone who attempts to conspire or conspires to influence the course or result of a match in a manner contrary to sporting ethics should be sanctioned" and " Serious offences may be sanctioned with expulsion from a competition, relegation to a lower division, a points deduction and /or the return of awards". We demand FIFA to honor their "zero tolerance" they pray about this practices by removing these 2 teams from the World Cup Russia 2018.

Peru vs Colombia debido a estar amañado y estar en contradiccion con la regla FIFA 6.3.2

El jugador colombiano Rafael Falcao admitio publicamente en ponerse de acuerdo con Renato Tapia para que transmitiera a su equipo un "pacto de no agresion" lo cual va en contra del reglamento FIFA 6.3.2 que señala que "nadie puede influenciar el tramite o el curso de un partido" y que "estas ofensas seran castigadas". Pedimos a la FIFA que haga efectiva su politica de "Tolerancia Cero" para estas practicas anti-deportivas.
