We are so excited to share with you the new things that God is doing through people like you!

Right after we moved our office here 40 W. 40th St., Indianapolis, IN 46208, our relationship with a Midtown Vineyard deepened immediately. Through their pastor, FHL's Founder, Merlin Gonzales, was invited as the Keynote Speaker for the Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood Association's Annual Clery and Service Organization Breakfast early last month. This opportunity brought several community leaders together last week to plan for a week of service during the Annual FHL Week on July 24th-30th. Just last Monday, Merlin was invited to share the vision for FHL Week at the Butler-Tarkington Neighborhood association gathering.
 

Our current activities...

Two weeks ago, 17 volunteers from IUPUI helped clean the FHL warehouse and assemble the pallet shelving. Several volunteers did a prayer walk last week around Tarkington Park and the MLK Center building (The FHL office is located on the second floor of this building).
 

Table Talk...

At our monthly Table Talk, we are seeing increased participation from the neighborhood food pantries and soup kitchens because relationships are starting to grow between the leaders.
 

More of heaven here on earth...

God is once again highlighting that relationship with Him and with others is the key to providing for those in need and to see more of heaven here on earth.

Your prayers and support are creating ripple effect that is reaching people beyond a bag of grocery. One of our food pantry leaders said that he has clients who come to his pantry not mainly for food but for their newfound friends.
