.. Jack owns and runs Masterpiece Cakeshop . He was sued two years ago for refusing to do a wedding cake for a so – called ” same – sex ” wedding . Jack is a philosophical and religious conservative , and doing so would have been against his religious beliefs …
.. since when do laws against prohibiting discrimination against gays trump the civil rights [constitutional freedoms] of others ? Well , especially with the Hobby Lobby and other decisions , that legal front is going to get a lot more spicy …
