The Wilkin family, of Sedgwick, has offered $4000 for her safe return after the two year-old went missing on Friday, September 5.
Always by the side of Glenn Wilkin, the pair had formed a special bond ever since Jess provided support after an accident in December last year.
"I fell over and fractured my skull, and was unconscious on the road," Mr Wilkin said.
"Jess stayed with me until someone came along the road to help. She stayed by my side the whole time.
"She's much loved by my wife Anne and our whole family."
The black and tan kelpie, with a white patch under her chest, went missing from the Springs Road property between 4pm and 9pm.
All of the family chipped in to make the reward as large as possible in a bid to bring back their beloved Jess.
Son Trent Wilkin said they would not give up hope in finding Jess.
"If Jess is with someone, we don't care how they got her, the reward will be paid no questions asked," he said.
"The reward will be paid to anyone with information which leads to Jess being found."
