Update: located prisoners, Keppel Sands

Police have located two men who escaped from Etna Creek Correctional Facility at Rockhamtpon on Sunday night.

The men were today sighted travelling in a stolen white 2002 Toyota Landcruiser utility at Keppel Sands around 4pm.

The two men were taken into police custody at 4.30pm.

Police would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this search.
