do what it takes to get rid of the distractions.
Last month
Kentucky fans said goodbye to Skal as he made his final social media post with a farewell to Instagram, Twitter and Facebook for eight weeks. ICYMI or forgot, here is how he made the break:

It's great to get rid of the distractions. The players aren't forced to do this,
they make the choice on their own and I think it shows dedication to the sport and program. At the same time, it is also unfortunate the players feel a need to leave when positive tweets are outweighed by the negative.
